The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with GSMzone. On ordering from GSMzone you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Accepted Payment Methods
There are two primary methods of payment for goods and services ordered:
1. Online Payment (processed by WorldPay or PayPal) for details of security, please see our privacy statement. Card payments can be made using any of the following methods:-
- Visa Debit
- Maestro ( Switch )
2. Payment after placing order online
If you do not wish to pay online, please complete the online order form and further instructions will be presented. The following methods of payment are accepted.
- Cheque/Postal Order - Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days.
- Direct Bank Deposit - Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the GSMzone account. This can be arranged at any Natwest Bank.
- Bank Transfer - Most UK banks will carry out bank transfers for no charge and this can usually be arranged over the telephone. Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the GSMzone account.
- Telephone - Place your order by phone.
Please ensure that the correct funds arrive in the GSMzone account, after any charges that are due for foreign transfers etc.
When placing an order via our online shopping cart all credit / debit card details are entered on a highly secure server of our payment gateway partner WorldPay or PayPal. Card numbers are encrypted from the moment they leave your computer until they're received by the gateway. All customers using our secure payment facility are protected as required by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard. Please note that the Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.
Information We Collect:
Contact information, such as name, address, telephone number and email address. Customer credit card details are not collected or stored. See security for futher details
Using Your Information:
We use your information mainly to process orders and to communicate with you. We may communicate with you regarding your order or for promotional offers and customer services and for marketing purposes if you have previously consented to such use.
Who We share It With:
We don’t sell, rent or share customer data with anybody for marketing purposes. We share customer name and address with postal services or carriers to deliver orders.
Opting In and Out:
You may opt in or out at any time by following the steps below;
Opt out of your subscription from offers and newsletters.
Log in to My account, click on Subscribe / unsubscribe to newsletter to manage your preferences.
In Newsletter Subscription, you can "Subscribe No" to opt out.
You can also contact us by e-mail or phone to request to opt out.
Request to export your data. Log in to My account, click on Export Data and request Account Data.
Request to delete your account. Log in to My account, click on Delete Account and request to Delete Account.
If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete any personal information or concerns, comments about this privacy notice or our use of your personal information please contact the Data Protection Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also use website analysis software. This information helps us understand customer interests and helps us improve our website. A cookie is used to store small amounts of information. The cookie does not contain personal details. We do not sell, give, or trade the statistics they store to any 3rd parties for data-mining or marketing purposes.
To allow you to carry information across pages of our site and avoid having to re-enter information. To allow you to maintain a shopping basket Within registration to allow you to access stored information.
To help us recognise you as a unique visitor (just a number) when you return to our website and to allow us to tailor content or advertisements to match your preferred interests or to avoid showing you the same adverts repeatedly. To compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users use our site and to help us improve the structure of our website. We cannot identify you personally in this way.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying the settings in your browser. However, you may not be able to use all the interactive features of our site if cookies are disabled.
We operate a 14 days return period as explained below.
All the products on sale from GSMzone have met our high quality control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased please contact us.
Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 14 days will be replaced. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for resale in the original packaging and having not been used.
These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee or courier costs, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made. The sole exception to this procedure of which are none refundable are Software Activation’s, Hardware Activation’s and Product Add-ons.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
If you wish to return your product please use the online Returns page or follow the steps below
- Log in to your account then click the Order History link
- Select the order you wish to return by clicking the view order icon
- Click on the arrow icon at the side of the product that is to be returned
- An email we be sent to confirm the return has been accepted
- If you do require to send an item back for a replacement or refund please state this
- We do not cover the costs for return delivery
- Send the item by a recorded delivery or signed delivery service
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
GSMzone are happy to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought an Soldering Station from us we would accept their old equivalent Soldering Station and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their item. You may drop off the item free or post it to us at your cost.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to the right.
Here at GSMzone will do not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.

Product names are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, HTC etc. This site is not affiliated with any corporation. Please be aware that using unofficial products with your mobile phone may invalidate your phone's manufacturer's Warranty. GSMzone is not responsible for any damage caused to your phone.
Barred phones: At GSMzone we do not unbar phones that are reported lost or stolen. All unlocking services and equipment unlock the phones, but if the phone is barred you need to contact your operator to find out why and as this can only be rectified by your service provider.
Any work carried out by third party service software is done at your own risk. GSMzone is not responsible for damage caused by using third party software solutions.
